When you need to feed a large group Tom’s Big Breakfast delivers. A bountiful breakfast sampler filled with goods from the Farm and other local Vermont artisans. Pancakes, bacon, maple syrup (produced from our own sugarbush or by Butternut Mountain Farm in Morrisville, Vermont), honey, jam, and granola ensure there’s something tasty for everyone to enjoy. All with a 16 oz piece of Shelburne Farms’ 1 Year Cheddar for folks to nibble on while waiting for breakfast to finish cooking.
We are pleased that Tom’s Big Breakfast now includes bacon made by Erika Lynch, the charcutier behind Babette's Table in Waitsfield.
