We partnered with local charcutière Erika Lynch of Babette's Table in Waitsfield, VT, to produce this gastronomic delight made by hand with the knowledge she acquired from cured meat producers in Gascony, France. Our Saucisson Au Fromage combines dry cured salami, produced from locally sourced New England pork and a blend of spices, plus Shelburne Farms 2-Year Cheddar.
This is a Shelburne Farms exclusive and quantities are limited. Each piece weighs approximately 1/3 of a pound.
Pair with our beer cheddar, red wine, crackers, maple onion jam, honey mustard.
